Learning objectives:
The student
- can describe the professional activities and ethical principles of social services
- can assess the position, rights and participation of a client
- can create professional interaction relationships and support and instruct different types of clients and client groups
- can examine the client work process in the field of social services professionally
- can recognise the needs and occupational capacity of clients coming from different situations

- analyses their own attitude and actions in regard to different types of clients

Content
The study unit consists of the meanings and foundations of professional interaction in the social field and early childhood education, operating environments and various client relationships.

The student does not know the theoretical basis and concepts and cannot describe the phenomena in question and related situations. He is unfamiliar with social security service systems.
Professional activitiy:
The student does not recognize the needs and operating conditions of customers from different backgrounds. The student is not able to look at his / her own attitude and actions in relation to different clients.
Ethical competence and responsibility:
The student is not able to describe the values and ethical principles of the profession. He does not understand the status, rights and involvement of the client.
Satisfactory (1):
Professional knowledge base and concepts:
The student knows the theoretical basis and concepts, but cannot describe the phenomena in question and related situations. He is poorly familiar with social security service systems.
Professional activity:
The student poorly recognizes the needs and operating conditions of customers from different starting points. The student examines his or her own attitude and actions in relation to different clients very weakly.
Ethical competence and responsibility:
The student has little knowledge of the values and ethical principles of the profession. He has little understanding of the client’s status, rights, and involvement.
