Learning objectives
Student will be able to identify his/her competence level and potentials in terms of nursing English. She/he can make use of evidence-based reference material in English. He/she can communicate in English in professional situations using nursing and health care related vocabulary and learn useful terminology in English in relation to the themes of the study unit.He/she is able to apply English in various communication situations in nursing work.

Customer service cases (simulation ) in nursing and health care
Written and oral communication assignments related to nursing themes (medical English, anatomy, patient anamnesis, report, interview, guidance and counselling, therapeutic communication, polite language), and the relevant vocabulary.
