Assessment methods and criteria
Grading will be based on continuous evaluation based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages:
1-2 Objectives and contents of written and oral texts are contradictory. There are major flaws in the use of concepts and vocabulary. Few rhetorical modes are relied on. Texts are highly deficient in grammar, and in sentence and paragraph structures. These problems impede intelligibility. Texts are consistently lacking in the use of formal style. Texts are invariably deficient in giving the source information and using the layout practices. The feedback for corrections is not taken. No-copy pasting.
3-4 Objectives and contents of written and oral texts are logically in agreement. Core rhetorical modes are managed appropriately. The core concepts and vocabulary are mainly used appropriately and the style of communication is correct. Only occasional errors in grammar occur. Sentence and paragraph structures widely support intelligibility. Sources information is given correctly and layout practices are compliant. The feedback for corrections was obeyed. There is no copy-pasting.
5 Objectives and contents of written and oral texts are logically in agreement. Texts take full use of rhetorical modes, and the style is consistently formal. The concepts and vocabulary are managed in a compliant way. The structures of sentences and paragraphs are logical, and the grammar is consistently correct. Source information is systematically correctly managed, together with the layout practices. The feedback was fully appreciated. There is no-copy pasting.
