The student is able to define the main basic concepts and approaches of the course (change in society and economic structure; welfare service system, especially social services; welfare and social policy) mechanically without internalizing them. The student knows the theoretical basis and concepts but uses them superficially in different situations. The student recognizes the needs of customer support and services and is able to mechanically guide and support the customer. The student works in a controlled and mechanical way with regard to the values ​​and ethical principles of the profession.

Satisfactory (2)

The student is able to define the main basic concepts and approaches of the course (change in society and economic structure; welfare service system, especially social services; welfare and social policy) mechanically and partly explaining. The student knows the theoretical basis and concepts but uses them superficially in different situations, partly explaining. The student recognizes the needs of customer support and services and is able to mechanically guide and support the customer.
