The student is not able to act professionally in different situations despite supervision.

Satisfactory (1)

The student is able to define the main basic concepts and approaches of the course (change in society and economic structure; welfare service system, especially social services; welfare and social policy) mechanically without internalizing them. The student knows the theoretical basis and concepts but uses them superficially in different situations. The student recognizes the needs of customer support and services and is able to mechanically guide and support the customer. The student works in a controlled and mechanical way with regard to the values ​​and ethical principles of the profession.

Satisfactory (2)

The student is able to define the main basic concepts and approaches of the course (change in society and economic structure; welfare service system, especially social services; welfare and social policy) mechanically and partly explaining. The student knows the theoretical basis and concepts but uses them superficially in different situations, partly explaining. The student recognizes the needs of customer support and services and is able to mechanically guide and support the customer. The student works in a supervised and mechanical way, partly explaining the values ​​and ethical principles of the profession.

The student knows the central theoretical basis and concepts that are applied in various phenomena and situations. The student recognizes the needs of customer support and services and is able to guide and support them in complex or unforeseen work situations. The student acts partly on his / her own initiative and responsibly and creates work practices that increase safety. He justifies his actions in accordance with the values ​​and ethical principles of the profession.

The student is able to define and explain the basic basic concepts and approaches and the relationships between them (change in society and economic structure; welfare service system, especially social services; welfare and social policy) with good utilization of analytical approach. The student knows the main theoretical basis and concepts that are applied in various phenomena and situations with good utilization of the analytical approach. The student recognizes the needs of customer support and services and is able to guide and support them in complex or unforeseen work situations, making good use of analytics. The student acts on his / her own initiative, responsibly and creates work practices that increase safety.

The student acts on his / her own initiative and excellently in accordance with the values and ethical principles of the profession.
