The student knows the principles of agile project phasing and can apply it in an ICT project.

A Guide to the Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK). Also extra materials during seminars, articles.

Teaching methods

Live seminars in class room. Team work assignments.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

The student outlines the basics concepts of agile method in project process and system development.

The student can carry out the simple agile project, but the control of the implementation is random and incomplete and is not based on indicators

Assessment criteria, good (3)

The student outlines the principles of agile method concept in/as project process.

The student can carry out the agile project according to the chosen agile method, and guide the project based on indicators monitored.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

The student can guide the more challenging agile project based on the information produced by the indicators monitored.

The student applies DevOps culture, - methods and -tools in a versatile manner in an agile project in practice.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1-2)
