Objective

The student knows cross-cultural concepts and theories. He/she understands how culture and diversity impact on individual, company and societal level. He/she understands integral cultural and diversity management theories and is able to compare and use diversity management tools in teams and in work place from a managerial perspective.

He/she is able to use and analyse theories in cultural and diversity management. The student is able to use and analyse how theories can be used in teams and in a work place.
