Having completed this study unit
· You know basic principles and concepts of leadership and management from the diversity point of a view.
· You know the importance of leadership and management when setting and achieving goals for human resources management.
· You know the importance of working-life skills and stance.
· You know the importance of self-awareness and self-management in leadership and management.

• You recognize your cultural background and its impact on daily decision making and how they interact with each other.
• You know different diversity dimensions, your own stereotypes and biases towards others.
