You know national guidelines and recommendations for emergency and reception services.
You know different referral methods in emergency and reception services.
You know the role of the northern region and distances in emergency and reception services and know available digital services in social services and healthcare.

Assessment methods and criteria

Case studies in groups: Numeric grading 1-5, 100% attendance in seminars.
Workshops: Minimum 75% attendance.
Online courses: Approved /Failed.
Exam: numeric grading 1-5.
Courses numeric grading will be given after passing/approved all the objectives of the course.
