Objective

The student is able to analyze the business environment and identify the potential benefits of the digital transformation. The student is able to define the digital transformation targets, and to plan and initiate the digital transformation processes according to the enterprise strategy. The student is able to prepare the digital transformation strategy proposal according to the enterprise development objectives.

1-2: The student
• is able to interpret digitalization, and understands the importance and the role of digital transformation.
• understands the importance and role of digitalization, and is able and support the digital transformation process at enterprises.

3 -4: The student
• is able to interpret digital transformation, and understands the importance and the role of digitalization in an enterprise.
• is able to apply the acquired knowledge of digital transformation strategies in decision making.
• is able to develop and support digital transformation strategy knowledge to assist management in decision making.
• is able to plan and initiate the digital transformation process at enterprises and according to the enterprise strategy.

5: The student
• is able to critically analyze the digital transformation landscape.
• is able to critically analyze the digitalization transformation process of the enterprise.
• is able to critically analyze and interpret factors and strategies in the digital transformation of enterprises and to suggest solutions to improve the digitalization of the company.
