The ISO 9000 standard family and other suitable ISO standards.
Teaching methods
Collaboration and Project-Based Learning is used during this course. No lectures.
The course focuses on process improvement and examines classic ideas in quality management as well as recent ideas about restructuring processes to reach world-class quality.
The course is available for all Engineering students.
The course can be finished in small teams or as a personal project.
An Oral presentation according to the schedule.
