Competence goals:

You are able to interact professionally and caringly with clients and patients of different ages and backgrounds and their loved ones.
You can encounter vulnerable customers from different cultures individually.
You can work in multidisciplinary workgroups and operating environments.
You are able to implement service guidance by informing about various social and health care services and guiding the client in making choices.
You understand the needs for change brought about by digitalization in the changing operating environments of the social and health care sector.

Harjoittelu- ja työelämäyhteistyö

Harjoittelun ajankohta (25.8-12.9.2025): vkot 35-37.
Huomioi, että harjoittelun kesto on pidempi kun suoritat harjoittelun järjestössä.

- Hyvinvointipysäkillä
- Kv-vaihdossa
- Kesätöissä

Viikkotuntimäärä: 38h45min/vko (5op = 3vko)

• You are able to interact professionally and caringly with clients / patients of different ages and backgrounds and their loved ones.
• You can encounter vulnerable customers from different cultures individually.
• You can work in multidisciplinary workgroups and operating environments.
• You are able to implement service guidance by informing the patient or client about various social and health care services and by guiding him/her in making choices.
• You understand the needs for change brought about by digitalisation in the changing operating environments of the social and health care sector.

Fail
• You are unable to interact professionally and caringly with clients / patients of different ages and backgrounds and their loved ones.
• You fail to be able to encounter vulnerable customers from different cultures individually.
• You are not able to work in multidisciplinary workgroups and operating environments.
• You cannot implement service guidance by informing the client about various social and health care services and by guiding the client in making choices.
• You fail to understand the need for change brought about by digitalisation in the changing operating environments of the social and health care sector.
