Learning objectives:

The student
- can identify organisational theories and organisational models for work
- knows the basic principles of how a work community operates
- knows the starting points and contents of occupational safety and occupational well-being

Professional knowledge base and concepts:
The student does not recognize the changes related to the performance and organization of work and does not identify the key principles related to the functioning of the work community.

Professional activities:
The student is not able to name any method of work community development and is not able to act as a team member.

Ethical competence and responsibility:
The student does not know the factors related to the interaction of the work community with the help of image theory. The student is not able to name the factors influencing the well-being and occupational safety of the work community.

Satisfactory (1)

Professional knowledge base and concepts:
The student is able to identify some changes in the way work is done and organized. The student is able to identify some of the key theoretical principles related to the functioning of the work community.

Professional activities
The student is able to name a method of developing a work community and act as a member of a team.

Ethical competence and responsibility
Based on the theory, the student is able to describe a factor related to the interaction of the work community. The student nominates a work community from the factors that affect well-being at work and occupational safety.
