Objectives:
You are able to establish and maintain a confidential professional interaction with the client and their close ones, taking into account their individual needs.

You are able to encounter vulnerable client groups and those from different cultures in an individualized manner, and work in multidisciplinary teams and environments.

You can identify third-sector actors and utilize their services to support clients' well-being as part of the health and social care service system.

You understand how operational and service units form care and service chains, and how digital services and remote solutions support the fluency and accessibility of these chains.

You understand the changes required by digitalization in the evolving environments of social and health care.

You are able to carry out service guidance by informing clients about various social and health care services and guiding them in making related choices.

You consider the client’s individual needs with empathy, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
You understand the role of third-sector services as part of the social and healthcare service system and have guided clients to utilize these services.
You can describe the use, benefits, and areas for improvement of digital services and remote solutions within the operational environment of your placement.

You do not meet the criteria for an approved placement.
