Objective

Student is able to analyze, evaluate, lead and develop networking in international organizations. He/she knows the principles of networking in international contexts. Student knows the cultural aspects and is able to operate in different environments. Student is able to develop and train organizations for networking operations.

The course focuses on competencies: internationality, operating in a workplace, proactive development

Content

- Understanding of cultural aspects in global co-operation between institutions, cultural differences and collaboration
- Networking theories, principles and practices, forming networks in international contexts, individual and organizational aspects
- Training and developing an organization for international operations.

Location and time

Course will take place online during fall semester 2025.

Course materials will be handed in the beginning of the course.

- is able to analyze and evaluate principles of networking in international contexts.
- is able to independently and in collaboration to analyze and evaluate cultural aspects and is able to operate in different environments.
- is able to analyze and develop organizations for networking operations.

5: The student
- is able to independently and creatively develop, evaluate and lead principles of networking in international contexts.
- is able to independently, creatively and in collaboration develop, evaluate and lead cultural aspects and is able to operate in different environments.
- is able to develop, evaluate and lead organizations for networking operations.

KÄYTTÄJÄTUNNUKSET
Saat käyttäjätunnuksia koskevan sähköpostiviestin IT-käyttäjähallinnosta noin viikkoa ennen opintojen alkua. Aktivointi tapahtuu henkilökohtaisilla verkkopankkitunnuksilla tai mobiilivarmenteella. Seuraa myös sähköpostisi roskapostikansiota. Viesti voi mennä roskapostiin.

OPISKELU
Opiskelu edellyttää aktiivista osallistumista. Yksi opintopiste vastaa noin 27 tuntia opiskelijan työtä. Opintojen suoritusvaatimukset ovat avoimen AMKin opiskelijoille samat kuin tutkinto-opiskelijoille.
Opiskelijalla tulee olla oma (kannettava) tietokone.
