You know the significance of sexuality and sexual and reproductive health as part of family care.
You know key methods in supporting families grow towards parenthood.
You know the principles of supporting the maternal bond and early interaction.
You know the special characteristics of care provided for a child, young person and family with illnesses and a need for special support.
You have knowledge of key long-term illnesses are in child/youth care.
