Objective
Student is able to analyze, evaluate, lead and develop networking in international organizations. He/she knows the principles of networking in international contexts. Student knows the cultural aspects and is able to operate in different environments. Student is able to develop and train organizations for networking operations.
The course focuses on competencies: internationality, operating in a workplace, proactive development
Content
- Understanding of cultural aspects in global co-operation between institutions, cultural differences and collaboration
- Networking theories, principles and practices, forming networks in international contexts, individual and organizational aspects
- Training and developing an organization for international operations.
Location and time
The course will be organised online during weeks 35-44. All classes take place 17:00 - 19:00.
