Tavoitteet

After completing the course the student
• understands the basic objectives and activities of contract management.
• has gained basic understanding of contract managers' work regarding the management of customer and supplier relationships, risks and
opportunities, contractual obligations, contract changes, and information flow.
• has developed his/her knowledge and skills and acquired competences that he/she will be able to apply to contracting in practice.

Toteutustavat

Three days of intensive classroom teaching.

Suoritustavat

Participation in classroom work, group exercises, independent work, multiple choice test.

• An introduction to contract management
• Basic objectives and activities of contract management and contract managers' work during contract's lifecycle

Oppimateriaalit

All study materials are to be found in Moodle by the beginning of contact teaching.

Esitietovaatimukset

Basic studies in commercial and contract law and/or in supply chain management are recommended as previous studies.
