Fail
• You are unable to interact professionally and caringly with clients / patients of different ages and backgrounds and their loved ones.
• You fail to be able to encounter vulnerable customers from different cultures individually.
• You are not able to work in multidisciplinary workgroups and operating environments.
• You cannot implement service guidance by informing the client about various social and health care services and by guiding the client in making choices.
• You fail to understand the need for change brought about by digitalisation in the changing operating environments of the social and health care sector.

- Compliance with the operating environment of the common rules of the game.​
- Proper completion and return of training-related documents.​
- Carrying out the training according to the agreed schedule.​
- Responsible and safe operation in the operating environment.​
- Achieving internship-specific general competence goals.​
- Independent implementation of internship arrangements and tasks.​

​Rejected:​
- Failure to follow the common rules of the game in the operating environment.​
- Documentary non-return related to training.​
- Failure to complete the internship according to the agreed schedule.​
- Does not work on operating responsibly and safely.​
- Does not achieve internship-specific general competence goals.​
- Does not independently implement training-related arrangements and tasks.​
