Osaamistavoitteet

Having completed this study unit
- You have developed your own expertise in research or development areas

- You develop your skills to manage a small-scale project or a development assignment which is preferably sustainable, multicultural and/or international in nature and commissioned by e.g. an organisation, a company or a destination
or /and
- You develop your professional expertise through the project or other studies, and you are able to strengthen the skills and competences towards future employment after your graduation.

Sisältö

Content:
· exploring the operating environment based on the commission
· deepening the knowledge of the commission-based themes in theory and practice (relevant case studies and examples, pre-assignments)
· planning, coaching and implementation as well as assessment of the commission-based activities and reports
· presentation of the results achieved in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Alternative implementation:
a student can
1) apply their own expertise and the latest knowledge of the field, as well as different work methods, in an extensive working life development project or as an expert
2) acquire expertise through other studies that develop expertise and supplement the degree
