Osaamistavoitteet

Opiskelija hallitsee organisaatioiden kokous- ja neuvottelukäytännöt ja suulliset ja kirjalliset kokouksiin ja neuvotteluihin liittyvät dokumentit. Students improve their skills in English, with a particular focus on improving the oral communication skills in a variety of professional contexts. Students acquire knowledge and skills to efficiently communicate in participating in meetings and negotiations.

Sisältö

The contents of the course and the tasks during the course will provide students with opportunities to learn to effectively introduce topics for discussions at meetings and to participate at meetings, and to plan negotiations and participate in negotiations. Additional focus is placed on online meetings and efficient practices.
