The student knows the principles of daily operational management of a company or an organisation. He/she learns the perspective of operational management as contribution to the company’s long-term success. The student understands the significance of business plan and is able to implement its principles in operational business processes and furthermore apply it into practice. He/she deepens his/her understanding and knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning. The student is able to understand profitability from the perspective of revenue management. He/she knows how to pay attention to the core duties of a superior from the operational management perspective.

The student has some understanding of business processes. He/she has little knowledge of the utilisation of Enterprise Resource Planning. The student is somehow able to understand profitability from the perspective of revenue management. The student participates in the contact lessons but does not really show analytical, reflective and critical approach in his/her activities. The assignments are not performed according to the instructions.

The student has understanding of daily operations in tourism. He/she understands somehow the significance of strategy and but is only partly able to implement its principles in practice.
