Objective

Having completed this study unit
· You get knowledge on multi-stakeholder experiences.
· You learn to use different experience design methods.
· You know how to work on an experience, in which you can deepen your service and experience design skills in collaboration with a multi-stakeholder network.
· In the co-designing process of an experience, you will apply various service and experience design tools innovatively.
· You are able to utilise stakeholder thinking and co-creation methodology as well as collaborative methods in theory and practice.

You have only some knowledge of service and experience design in the context of a multi-stakeholder event.
You know co-creation methodologies vaguely and are familiar with only some collaboration methods.

You have satisfactory knowledge of service and experience design in the context of a multi-stakeholder event. You know how to utilize co-creation methodology in a multi-stakeholder event to some extent and are familiar with some collaboration methods. You know some innovation techniques in co-designing an event.
