Under supervision, you can prepare and refer customers/patients for clinical examinations and treatments in emergency and outpatient services.
Under supervision, you know how to motivate and engage customers/patients in self-care.
You know national guidelines and recommendations for emergency and outpatient services. You are familiar with different referral methods in emergency and outpatient services.
You know the role of the northern region and distances in emergency and outpatient services and know available digital healthcare and social services.
You have successfully completed the Basics of vaccination competence online course (2 cr).

Fail:
You have not achieved competence level 1–2 and/or have not successfully completed the vaccination competence.

You understand the role of the northern region and distances in emergency and outpatient services and can use digital healthcare and social services.
You have successfully completed the Basics of vaccination competence online course (2 cr).

You can provide customers/patients with individual guidance and support in self-care and in improving health in different emergency and outpatient service environments.
You analyse the role of the northern region and distances in emergency and outpatient services and based on your assessments, can use digital healthcare and social services.
