The course is fully realized in an online learning environment as independent study. You are also welcome to the following start-meeting, if you need additional guidance:

The teacher responsible for the course is available throughout the course as agreed at the beginning of the study period.

You can lead your own activities and define internal entrepreneurship.
You define the team’s resources and prioritise tasks and related responsibilities.
You define the principles of entrepreneurship in social services, healthcare and physical exercise and their significance as part of the service system.
You define comprehensive client care in accordance with your responsibilities.
You identify the significance of changes in healthcare and act in accordance with your responsibilities during changes.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

You can lead your own activities and apply the principles of internal entrepreneurship.
You justify the team’s resources and prioritise tasks and related responsibilities.
You apply your entrepreneurial skills in social services, healthcare and physical exercise to service systems in your field.
You coordinate comprehensive client care in accordance with your responsibilities.
You are aware of the significance of changes in healthcare and act, with justification, in accordance with your responsibilities during changes.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

You can lead and assess your own activities and develop your own internal entrepreneurship.
You assess the team’s resources and prioritise tasks and related responsibilities.
You develop your entrepreneurial skills in social services, healthcare and physical exercise for multidisciplinary service systems.
You provide and assess comprehensive client care in accordance with your responsibilities.
You assess the significance of changes in healthcare and act critically in accordance with your responsibilities during changes.

Assessment methods and criteria

The course has five exams and one final report. The final grade is formed based on exams and final report (common points). More details about the evaluation is described at Moodle.
