The student can apply his knowledge in real life problems and situations. The student can set personal learning objectives and monitor own performance. The student can consider sustainable and ethical solutions in professional work.

The student makes the learning outcomes for the current practical training period and reports back during and after the practical training period about the acquired skills.

Materials

No additional material needed.

Teaching methods

Participants will be divided in working groups and one major task will be given.
Each groups must take its own lead and follow normal project management procedure.
One of the students will be the Project Manager, which takes care of the process and resources.
Groups will make Project Plan at the beginning. Plan will include at least the following:
- description of the task
- sub task plan
- resource plan
- scheduling (must fit to the given timescale)
Project must have progress continuously and instructor(s) will follow/review the process weekly, some of the instructor follows may be in Teams or similar.
Three major interim reviews will be organized.

Evaluation will be subjective process by instructor.
Each major review will be evaluated individually.
Final evaluation is sum of each major review.
