Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)

You work on your own initiative in accordance with your previous skills.
You describe your skills and strengths and change your actions based on the feedback you receive.
You identify and report how you have developed professionally during the process.
You are responsible for your own tasks in the project.
You identify solutions related to sustainable development in the project.
You know how to prepare part of the design documentation of a small-scale technical solution based on a model and strongly supported by others.
You participate in stakeholder collaboration, but your contribution is small.

Assessment criteria, good (3)

You use your accumulated know-how in the implementation of the project and evaluate your development needs based on the feedback you get.
You evaluate and report your own work and develop your professional skills in a goal-oriented manner during the process.
You apply versatile techniques/technologies/methods to design work and justify your solutions.
In the design work, together with your project team, you take into account the problems of sustainable development in the application area and are able to develop solutions for them and justify them.
You are responsible for your own tasks in the project and show cooperation and constructive collaboration, promoting the team's goals and interaction.
You know how to prepare the technical design documentation related to the solution.
You participate in stakeholder collaboration as an active member.

Assessment criteria, excellent (5)

You apply techniques/technologies/methods in design work in a versatile and innovative way. You justify your decision.
You promote the solution of your project team's problem in accordance with the goals of sustainable development both creatively and innovatively and justify your solution appropriately.
You know how to report and document the design phase both technically and from the point of view of the project process.
You know how to prepare the technical documentation of the solution produced in the project, including requirement specification/design documentation as well as a test plan or similar.
You work professionally and independently, being responsible for your own tasks in the project.
You are proactive and constructive, promoting a positive team atmosphere and promoting the achievement of goals.
You will use your accumulated know-how in the implementation of the project and you will acquire considerable new professional know-how in the project.
