Osaamistavoitteet

The student has essential writing, speaking and presentation skills needed in managerial setting in business. The student is able to communicate in variety of business situations and he/she is able to identify and adjust to the ethical aspects of business communication. The student understands the role of communication in managing conflicts in organisations and he/she is able to communicate in crises. Student is able to use visualization tools in communication of business related topics, especially financial issues. Student understands the cross-cultural communication as a part of business communication.

Tavoitteet

The student has essential writing, speaking and presentation skills needed in managerial setting in business. The student is able to communicate in variety of business situations and he/she is able to identify and adjust to the ethical aspects of business communication.
