Teaching methods

Orientoivia luentoja ja tehtäviä. Tehtävät yksilö-, pari- ja ryhmätehtäviä toteutuksen aikana.
Yksilöllinen työskentely ja yhteistoiminnallinen oppiminen, aktivoivia kirjoitustehtäviä, ryhmäkeskusteluja sekä oheislukemistojen hyödyntämistä. Tehtäviä ja työskentelyä myös Moodle alustaa hyödyntäen.
Opiskelija saa palautetta toteutuksen aikana tehtävistään muilta opiskelijoilta ja opettajalta.
Moodle alustalla olevat tehtävät sekä käytävä ryhmäkeskustelu arvioidaan.
Oppimispäiväkirjan kirjoittaminen perustuen oppituntien materiaaleihin ja työskentelyyn sekä mainitun lähdekirjallisuuden hyödyntämiseen.

Hankitun osaamisen tunnistaminen ja tunnustaminen AMK:n ohjeistuksen mukaisesti.
EXAM -tentti mainitusta lähdekirjallisuudesta soveltuvin osin.

Student workload

Opetukseen osallistuminen, Moodle alustalla työskentely ja oppimistehtävien tekeminen noin 35 % ja oppimispäiväkirjan tekeminen lähdekirjallisuutta hyödyntäen n. 65 % työajasta.

The student does not recognize the changes related to the performance and organization of work and does not identify the key principles related to the functioning of the work community.

Professional activities:
The student is not able to name any method of work community development and is not able to act as a team member.

Ethical competence and responsibility:
The student does not know the factors related to the interaction of the work community with the help of image theory. The student is not able to name the factors influencing the well-being and occupational safety of the work community.

Satisfactory (1)

Professional knowledge base and concepts:
The student is able to identify some changes in the way work is done and organized. The student is able to identify some of the key theoretical principles related to the functioning of the work community.

Professional activities
The student is able to name a method of developing a work community and act as a member of a team.

Ethical competence and responsibility
Based on the theory, the student is able to describe a factor related to the interaction of the work community. The student nominates a work community from the factors that affect well-being at work and occupational safety.

Satisfactory (2)

The student is able to describe changes in the way work is done and organized, and gives examples of key theoretical principles related to the functioning of the work community.

Professional activities:
The student is able to give an example of a work community development method and act as a team member.
