Objective

Key competence requirements:
The student can evaluate and oppose theses in a research community based on their background, implementation, results and reporting. The student can report their research and development activities as a whole, both verbally and in writing. The student can write a maturity test (media release) in the field of their thesis to demonstrate command of the field and the Finnish language.

Implementation:
- Independent and guided work, seminars and learning tasks.

Teaching methods

Ohjaus opinnäytetyön viimeistelyvaiheeseen liittyvistä teemoista, kuten:
- opinnäytetyöartikkelin täysin valmiiksi kirjoittaminen,
- esitykseen valmistautuminen (tieteellinen posteri) ja opponointi,
- opinnäytetyön julkaisuun ja arkistointiin valmistautuminen,
- mediatiedotteen kirjoittaminen (kypsyysnäyte),
- opinnäytetyön arviointiin valmistautuminen.

Employer connections

Opinnäytetöiden työelämän toimeksiantajia pyydetään osallistumaan valmiiden opinnäytetyöartikkeleiden esitystilaisuuteen.

Student workload

Opinnäytetyön viimeistelyvaihe tarkoittaa 270 tuntia opiskelijan työaikaa.
