Osaamistavoitteet

Having completed this study unit
· You manage a small-scale project or a development assignment which is preferably sustainable, multicultural and/or international in nature and commissioned by e.g. an organisation, a company or a destination.
· Based on your ISP (Individual Study Plan), this study unit can also develop your skills and competences from the perspective of your professional development or future career (e.g. study exchange, attending field-related competitions, custom-designed projects etc.)
· You develop your professional expertise through the project and are able to strengthen the skills and competences towards your thesis and future employment after your graduation.

Sisältö

Content:
· exploring the operating environment based on the commission
· deepening the knowledge of the commission-based themes in theory and practice (relevant case studies and examples, pre-assignments)
· planning, coaching and implementation as well as assessment of the commission-based activities and reports
· presentation of the results achieved in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
· alternative implementation: study exchange course, field-related competitions and preparations for them, custom-designed project-related requirements and arrangements
