The student understands the basic concepts of ERP systems and their significance in managing business processes. The student deepens their knowledge of key ERP system functionalities and develops practical skills in utilizing ERP systems to enhance business operations. The student gains an overview of the role of ERP expertise in a company’s digitalization, process integration, development, and value creation.

The course introduces the concepts, functionalities, and management of business processes within ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems. The student recognizes the significance of ERP systems in enhancing operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making in a company.
