Assessment criteria

Pass: The student achieves the competence objectives set for the course and demonstrates the competence by successfully completing the learning tasks in the course. To be revised: The student has demonstrated the required competences insufficiently in relation to the course objectives. The student has not submitted all the required learning tasks in the course.

Content scheduling

Online contact classes in the 3rd and 4th periods. The course is to be completed no later than 3 May, 2026.

Objective

I use the means of communication purposefully in demanding expert tasks. I apply my communication and problem-solving skills in managing interactive situations. I participate in field-related and multidisciplinary negotiations in a planned and cooperative manner. I develop the interactive situations of my expert work and examine them critically. I recognize my own strengths and development targets in my interaction skills.

Content

The negotiator's interaction and problem-solving skills. Interaction in a multidisciplinary work group. Development and management of interaction.

Location and time
