Objective
After completing this study program, the student knows the essential Lean principles and methodologies. The student can apply the learning in his/her own organisation. The student knows the history and development of Lean methodology. The student is aware of cultural challenges of a Lean-developmnet program and he/she has the necessary skills for leading a Lean-program.

Welcome to the Lean Methods course! Do you want to learn how to apply the principles of Lean thinking in the development of your organisation? This course will provide you with the key tools of Lean and the skills to lead change and overcome organisational culture challenges. The learning material is given on the learning platform.
Teaching methods
The course will be implemented by web-learning on Moodle learning platform. The instructions, learning materials and necessary links are available on the learning platform. During the course a weekly support lecture will be organised on Zoom-webinar platform. During the support lectures, students can ask guidance from teachers.
