Welcome to the course "Flexible Digital Services," where you will learn to define digital transaction services and their accessibility and usability in social and healthcare. During the course, you will gain the skills to utilize and promote these services as part of the social and healthcare service portfolio. The content covers the accessibility, use, and barriers to use of these services, as well as the evaluation of their exploitability and usability.
