Objective

Objectives of the course: You understand the importance of good interaction, communication and non-verbal communication in a working community. You understand which things affect the success of the work community, how you can contribute to the development and well-being of your work community as a member of the work community. You know how to use your own interaction skills as a member and representative of the work community professionally and understandably, and you know how to take into account the requirements of the recipient, the situation and your industry.

Contents: - the principles of a functioning work community - open interaction - the importance of non-verbal communication - the importance of cooperation Method of execution: The course is implemented as an online study. The course includes digital teaching material and source material. During the study, the student participates in one online discussion and prepares two essay-type texts on the subject areas. The course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to function better as a working community member and strengthen their interaction skills.
