Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Fail (0): No, not like this. There are significant misunderstandings in your performance. Things and concepts have not been understood. The text of the performance is illogical and inconsistent without a red thread. The text is too short in relation to the required scope, does not correspond to the assignment or there are severe mistakes in the source references.
Sufficient (1): It goes close. Meager level of understanding – you show that you have learned concepts and definitions, you know the basics, but misunderstandings of more challenging content hinder understanding. The performance does not show much of your own thinking, it is mostly referencing lectures and/or other material as separate, unrelated things.
Satisfactory (2): All right. You demonstrate a reasonable understanding of individual issues, concepts or aspects of personnel management. The performance is focused on repetitive, cataloging descriptions of lectures, literature, other material or personal experiences. An overall picture cannot be formed, issues are dealt with separately from each other. You can show some points of your own thinking and reflection.
Assessment criteria, good (3)
Good (3): Good. You show that you understand separate things and concepts, and you consider different points of view, but you have not yet formed an overall picture of the field of personnel management. The performance shows an understanding of the most central personnel management concepts, and your own thinking and reflection on experiences can be seen. The broader overall picture, the combination of things and the application of knowledge remain less.
Very good (4): Commendable! Understanding the relationships between things goes well – you present a coherent overall picture of the matter in an appropriate way. You recognize the good and bad applications of conceptual knowledge and are able to structure their reflection in management practices. The performance shows an understanding of the relationships between things. Your own thinking is visible, the approach is analytical, selective and summarizing. You have succeeded in the critical evaluation of information, you are able to apply information and skillfully build your own thinking.
Assessment criteria, excellent (5)
Excellen (5): Excellent, deep understanding! You place the issues of human resources and productivity management in a broader context, with your previous knowledge and demonstrate that you are capable of versatile application of knowledge. You have formed your own understanding of the content and you are looking at the topic from new perspectives that emerged during the course. You know how to apply human resources management concepts and tools in a versatile way, and you recognize the importance of different situations and contexts. Your performance is contemplative, reflective, evaluative, personal, courageous, wondering. Through your reflection, you have formed a deep, comprehensive understanding and are able to produce new insights and viewpoints on the subject.
