Objective
After completion of the course the student is able to
- identify theoretical discussions on value formation in tourism
- analyze the co-creation and co-destruction of value in different tourism contexts
- critically evaluate the relationship between the notions of responsibility and value in tourism
- recognize the impact of emerging trends on responsible value formation.

Assessment criteria, satisfactory (1)
Fail (0): The student does not know how to identify theoretical discussions on value formation in tourism or analyze the co-creation and co-destruction of value in tourism contexts. The student is not able to evaluate the relationship between the notions of responsibility and value in tourism nor to recognize the impact of emerging trends on responsible value formation.
Sufficient (1): The student can identify and name theoretical discussions on value formation in tourism and recognize the co-creation and co-destruction of value in different tourism contexts in a narrow and superficial way. The student is able to evaluate the relationship between the notions of responsibility and value in tourism and recognize the impact of emerging trends on responsible value formation weakly.
Satisfactory (2): The student can identify and name theoretical discussions on value formation in tourism and narrowly analyze the co-creation and co-destruction of value in some tourism contexts. The student evaluates the relationship between the notions of responsibility and value in tourism narrowly and superficially recognizes the impact of emerging trends on responsible value formation.
