Theme 2. Project management
Teaching methods
The study unit consists of project work and independent study.
The project work is carried out in collaboration with working life partners and includes teamwork, team assignments, and team tutoring.
The independent part includes four short material-based exams.
Active participation in contact teaching is required to complete the study unit.

The study unit includes project work. The project assignment is provided by a company or a project.

The student can describe the meaning of change management and the most central areas.
Project management:
The student knows the role of project management in change process. The student knows basics of project management and key methods used.
Level 2
Change management:
The student understands and can accurately describe the meaning of change management and the most central areas of it.
Project management:
The student has satisfactory knowledge and can explain the most important areas of project management and key methods in project management.

Level 3
Change management:
The student can describe the meaning of change management and the most central areas, applying them to practical examples.
Project management:
The student understands the most important areas of project management.
The student has basic understanding of principles of project management methods and tools.

Change management:
By analyzing, the student can describe the most central aspects of change management, bringing new perspectives.
Project management:
The student can analyse the role of project management in change process and able to apply appropriate methods and tools in the process.
