Moodle-ympäristössä oleva ja erikseen sovittava materiaali.
Teaching methods
Verkko-opintojakso Moodle-ympäristössä. Opintojakso sisältää sekä itsenäisesti että ryhmässä suoritettavia oppimistehtäviä ja monivalintatentin.
Opintojaksolla pidetään orientaatioluennot (2h) Zoomissa opintojakson alussa sekä kaksi ohjauskertaa opintojakson aikana. Ohjauskertojen ajankohdat ilmoitetaan opintojakson alkaessa. Orientaatioluennot järjestetään 25.8.2025 sekä 26.8.2025, kellonajat tarkentuvat myöhemmin. Orientaatioluennot ovat keskenään samansisältöiset, eli opiskelija voi valita kumpaan osallistuu. Sekä orientaatioluennot että ohjauskerrat tallennetaan, ja ovat katsottavissa myöhemmin.
Opintojaksolla tehdään työelämäyhteistyötä Rikosuhripäivystyksen kanssa. Yhteistyössä toteutettavasta tehtävästä pidetään infoluento (2h) syksyn aikana. Infoluennon ajankohta tarkentuu myöhemmin, ja siitä ilmoitetaan opiskelijoille hyvissä ajoin. Myös tämä infoluento tallennetaan ja on katsottavissa myöhemmin.

Yhtenä opintojakson oppimistehtävänä on suorittaa kehittämistehtävä yhdessä Rikosuhripäivystyksen kanssa.
Exam schedules
Opintojaksolla on monivalintatentti, joka suoritetaan Moodle-alustalla. Tenttipäivä ilmoitetaan opintojakson alussa, uusinnat tutkintosäännön mukaisesti.

The student knows the theoretical basis and concepts but uses them superficially in different situations. The student recognizes the needs of customer support and services and is able to mechanically guide and support the customer. The student works in a controlled and mechanical way with regard to the values and ethical principles of the profession.
