Objective

The student is able to lead and evaluate activities of multidisciplinary teams, project groups and actors, and goal-oriented research and development processes. He/she understands the importance of value proposition, professional ethics, and good scientific practice in development activities. He/she is able to develop the culture of communication and interaction, resilience, and holistic well-being in his/her team. The student is able to apply the change management approach to put results into practice.
