Objective
Upon completing this module, the student should be able to discuss in depth various questions related to law of the sea.
Execution methods
The module consists of two parts: A & B. Both can be completed by literature examinations but you may can also gain the ECTS for part A by lectures/written assignment/seminar (about which you will find more information in Moodle workspace "Public International Law Courses in English").
The module is available both in fall and spring term but the ways of organizing the part A may vary. NB. Before taking the part B literature exam, you need to pass first the part A.

B) 3 ECTS: (electronic) literature exam
