You can encounter customers of different ages and in different life situations in the changing operating environments.
You can interact with the customer with respect and confidence.

Location and time

Practice time:1.-21.4.2024
The training takes place at the Welfare Station (Hyvinvointipysäkki) of the Lapland University of Applied Sciences Kemi campus and outside the school in various offices, organizations, voluntary organizations, events and ONNI car low threshold services in the Kemi and neighboring municipalities.
Volunteer placements for internships e.g. Red Cross, parishes (seurakunnat), differrent organizations (muistiliitto, hengitysliitto), multicultural centre Mikseri (in Kemi)

Teaching methods

The training takes place at the Hyvinvointipysäki of the Kemi campus of the Lapland University of Applied Sciences and outside the school in various offices, organizations, events and in the low-threshold services of ONNI-auto in the area of ​​Kemi and nearby municipalities.

• You lack the skills to encounter customers of different ages and in different life situations in the changing operating environments.
• You cannot interact with the customer in a respectful and confident way.

• You fail to identify different third sector providers and cooperation with them as part of the social and health care service system.
