Objective

The student has essential writing, speaking and presentation skills needed in managerial setting in business.
The student is able to communicate in variety of business situations and he/she is able to identify and adjust to the ethical aspects of business communication.
The student understands the role of communication in managing conflicts in organisations and he/she is able to communicate in crises.

Level 1
The principles of business communication:
The student understands the basic principles of business communication and the role of communication in recruitment and managing conflicts.
The student is able to communicate in basic business situations and according to the company values.
The student is familiar with the basic principles of crisis communication.

Level 2
The principles of business communication:
The student understands basic principles of business communication and the role of communication in recruitment and managing conflicts.
The student is able to communicate in business situations and according to the company values.
He/she understands the basic principles of crisis communication.

Level 3
The principles of business communication:
The student understands the principles of business communication and is able to analyse the role of communication in recruitment and managing conflicts.
The student is able to analyse and communicate in a variety of business situations and according to the company values.
He/she is able to analyse and act according to the principles of crisis communication.

The student is able to evaluate and utilise several business communication tools and evaluate the role of communication in recruitment and managing conflicts.
