Objective
The student is able to move away from individualistic and purely economistic approaches, to decision-making that reflects all stakeholders and the common good. The student is able to justify and encourage transformational changes and define goals based on sustainable solutions. The student is able to shift the focus from a silo to systems view and reflect on the complexity of phenomena. The student knows how to create a positive impact on global, societal and organisational levels as well as teams and individuals in organisations. The student knows how to provide a sense of purpose and meaning for people and advance ethics, integrity and empowerment.
The course focuses on these competencies: learning to learn, sustainable development, ethics, future-oriented thinking, team-work, networking, internationality and multiculturalism.
