Opintojakso koostuu seuraavista teemoista:

- Dokumentaation liittyvä lainsäädäntö, eettisyys ja hyvät käytännöt
- Dokumentoinnin merkitys sosiaalialalla
- Asiakkaan osallisuus dokumentaatiossa
- Erilaiset asiakirjatyypit, asiakastietojärjestelmät ja määrämuotoinen kirjaaminen

- is familiar with the legislation, rights and obligations of documentation
- understands documentation as a work practice in the social services field
- knows how to document and use documentation tools and databases
- can identify and develop their own professional documentation method

- Different types of documents
- Documentation as a tool and indicator of client work
- The client’s role and contribution in documentation

Materials

Opettajan koostama oppimateriaali löytyy sähköisenä opintojakson alkaessa Moodle-alustalta. Lisäksi opiskelijan oma tiedonhaku opintojakson koostavaan essee-tehtävään, tästä ohjeistus opintojakson alkaessa.


Teaching methods

Opintojakso alkaa orientaatiotehtävällä, jossa opiskelija pysähtyy pohtimaan kokemuksiaan ja näkemyksiään dokumentaation roolista sosiaalialalla. Orientaatiotehtävä puretaan yhdessä kurssin orientaatioluennoilla, joissa syvennytään dokumentointiin ja kirjaamiseen sosiaalialan ammatillisten käytänteiden ja kehittämisen sekä asiakasosallisuuden näkökulmista.

Opintojakso koostuu luennoista, pienryhmätyöskentelystä sekä itsenäisestä opiskelusta. Opintojaksolla tehdään dokumentaatio-harjoitteita ja opintojakso päättyy kirjalliseen tehtävään, jossa opiskelija osoittaa osaamisensa perehtymällä kirjallisuuteen ja luentomateriaaliin sekä soveltamalla tätä tietoperustaa sosiaalialan asiakastilanteiden dokumentaatioon, mihin kurssin harjoituksissa on valmentauduttu. Kirjallinen oppimistehtävä arvioidaan numeraalisesti asteikolla hylätty-5.
