Objective

The student has essential writing, speaking and presentation skills needed in managerial setting in business. The student is able to communicate in variety of business situations and he/she is able to identify and adjust to the ethical aspects of business communication. The student understands the role of communication in managing conflicts in organisations and he/she is able to communicate in crises. Student is able to use visualization tools in communication of business related topics, especially financial issues. Student understands the cross-cultural communication as a part of business communication.

The student knows the principles of business communication.
He/she knows the role of communication in recruitment and managing conflicts.
The student is able to communicate in basic business situations and according to company values. He/she understands basic principles of crisis communication.

Essential writing, speaking and presentation skills:
The student is able to communicate in a variety of business situations and according to company values.
He/she use basic principles of crisis communication.
He/she understands the role of communication in recruitment and managing conflicts.

Taso 3
Essential writing, speaking and presentation skills:
The student understands the principles of business communication.
He/she is able to analyse the role of communication in recruitment and managing conflicts. The student is able to analyse and communicate in variety of business situations and according to company values.
He/she is able to analyse and use principles of crisis communication.

The student is able to evaluate and utilise several business communication tools.
He/she is able to evaluate the role of communication in recruitment and managing conflicts.
