Objective
The student knows the demands of the constantly changing business environment in relation to his/her professional knowledge and skills. The student is able to recognise his/her strengths and weaknesses as a specialist and develop oneself towards it.
The student deepens his/her professional knowledge and skills and is able to apply them into practice.
The student can for example:
1) apply his/her professional knowledge, skills, up to date business knowhow and different tools in a work life development project, workshop or as a specialist
2) gain professional knowledge and skills through exchange studies
3) specialise through including other suitable courses into one’s own study plan
