Objective

The student recognises megatrends and their effects on work life. He/she knows how the constant changes in work life effect on one’s skills and knowledge needed in work life.

The student is able to recognise his/her strengths and weaknesses and is able to use the strengths, experience and personal interests in creating a digital professional profile and a CV.

The student knows the basic self-branding techniques and is able to apply them in creating and developing a professional profile and personal brand. He/she is able to use social media tools in professional networking and building a professional profile.

The student is able to explore suitable career options and create a job seeking and professional development plan. The student has job seeking knowledge and skills and is able to apply them in practise.

Learning process is organized through project work and problem-solving process. It includes teamwork, team tasks and independent work.

The student has excellent job seeking knowledge and skills is able to critically analyse different career options and create a reasoned job seeking and professional development plan.

• In class activity (60% presence in order to pass the study unit since course includes in-class assignments and participation
