Objective
After this study unit
• You know how to apply the professional knowledge you have learned in practice.
• You know how to plan and implement exercise guidance for individuals and groups.
• You use and evaluate the information base of the sports field in different situations of working life.
• You will work in an organization in the sports or education sector and develop your work community and subordinate skills and familiarize yourself with career opportunities during the internship.
• You can identify and evaluate your own strengths and development needs in relation to general working life skills, and describe and evaluate the importance of your own work tasks and the skills required at work.

In the internship plan, you have defined goals for the internship that promote the development of professional skills.
In your internship report, you will be able to analyze the realization of competence goals, the development of competence and management of work methods during the internship. At the same time, you will evaluate your own activities as a member of the work community and you will be able to identify different work tasks related to the acquired skills. You can critically evaluate the management of knowledge and skills that are significant for your studies and you can recognize your own strengths.
Work community skills:
Carrying out tasks related to professional studies: guidance tasks in the field of physical education. You act in your own role as part of the work community. You will receive an approving statement from the internship supervisor.
In the internship, you will act in accordance with the operating methods, values and strategies of the work community.
Ethical competence:
You know how to act in accordance with the professional duties of a physical education instructor and the operating principles guiding the field in different operating environments.

You have not defined goals for the internship that promote the development of professional skills in the internship plan.
In your internship report, you have not reported analyzing the realization of competence goals, the development of competence and control of work methods during the internship.
