Objective
Innovation project course strengthen your competence of the self-employment. You learn how to plan and implement the project in the specified, short time. You also learn how to evaluate the profitableness of the project. The themes of the projects are given by the industry, RDI groups or learning environments of the Lapland University of Applies Sciences, ect. In this project you strengthen your teamwork skills. You apply your skills learned in earlier project courses. The project gives to you training for the thesis work.

- familiarization of the project theme, information retrieval
- planning the implementation of the project, project plan
- application of the creative methods, innovation of the project results, solutions
- business model of the project, self-employment
- project results: report and pitching
